Bluesila 2024 Terms And Conditions

  1. All participants will get a wristband according to their pass and level. Attendees must wear their festival-issued wristband at all times. The wristband is your entrance for classes and parties. Switching wristbands or attending other level classes without confirmation from organisers may lead to immediate ban from camp.
  2. Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being during the festival. The organizers – Bluesdance.lt team – are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur on the premises. Please be careful at all times, care for yourself and also especially for others.
  3. The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Attendees are encouraged to keep their valuables secure and report any incidents to festival staff immediately.
  4. By attending the festival, participants grant permission for the organizers to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If attendees do not wish to be included in such media, they must inform the organizers in writing before the festival begins.
  5. Festival workshops and classes are subject to change at the organizers’ discretion. Participants are responsible for being on time and respecting the instructors’ guidelines. Recording or photographing workshops without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
  6. The festival schedule, including but not limited to classes, performances, live music and parties, is subject to change. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees of any changes through official communication channels.
  7. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and inclusive manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and the organizers reserve the right to expel individuals engaging in such actions without refund.
  8. Participants are expected to support the Festival’s friendly and safe atmosphere by reporting to the staff any unwanted activities/ events witnessed.
  9. Participants confirm that they have read all the information regarding passes, prices and other relevant topics on Bluesila website and are aware of it.
  10. The festival is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. According to Lithuanian law, the purchase and consumption of alcohol are prohibited for individuals younger than 20. Attendees must comply with these regulations, and the organizers reserve the right to enforce age restrictions and take appropriate action against violations.
